What is a contactless rental?

Renting a car is made easier. By going contactless, you won’t need to meet anyone at the front desk or interact with anyone to get your keys. The entire verification and payment process is completed online before getting you on the road faster!

How does a contactless rental work?

When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted through the following steps:

    Upload a photo

    Firstly, you’ll need to upload a photo of your driver’s licence, with a selfie holding your licence. This is to confirm your identity and to ensure your licence is valid.

    We confirm your licence

    After we confirm your licence, we’ll give you a car number and a lockbox code.

  • 3

    Locate your car

    At your chosen pick-up location, locate your car using the number on the driver’s side rear window.

  • 4

    Document condition of the car

    Follow the prompts to document the condition of the car, resulting in a lockbox code.

  • 5

    Open the lockbox

    Use your code to open the lockbox located on the driver’s side passenger window and get your keys.

  • 6

    Returning the car

    When you return the car, put the lockbox back in place, lock the car, and leave the keys inside the lockbox.
